TESTIMONIALS
Georgina Island Dec 2010

This workshop is “thee best” I have ever attended. It was done in my view in layman’s terms.  Rolf is a excellent coach.  Learning how to do a business plan the way Rolf teaches is comforting and hopeful.  –uncomplicated_
I have never been to a more informative workshop here in Georgina Island I hope he can come back.  Ellie Big Canoe – Georgina Island ON

Yes he gave me great ideas.  He has a great personality.  I was sitting on the edge of my seat.  I didn’t even want to go outside, just so I didn’t miss anything.  Rolf is an amazing man, when he speaks everyone stops and listens!  I wish I could have been coached at an early age it sounds better than school.  Plus, it would have brought out my creative eyes and mind. Loretta Carleton – Georgina Island FN ON

Makes the group well involved and we all gave him our attention and he kept our attention.  He has a great attitude.  He explains the whole idea of the workshop in a manner that every single person can understand.  Come and do more workshops with us.  I’ll come to everyone every time..  Tom Summers – Georgina Island FN ON

Rolf made it very easy to understand and is going to mentor us for 3 months which is fantastic.  Great explainer.  Honest energy. Not pretentious.  Extremely informative.  Nice guy.  Would be great if it would have been a full workshop.  Hope he comes back.  Deanna Big Canoe  - Georgina Island ON

Starting your own business just simply means creating your own job.  In most Aboriginal communities there are very few jobs and entrepreneurship is a great opportunity.  From retail to tourism and through the power of the internet there are endless possibilities. This workshop allows participants to think creatively and realize that even if they live in an isolated community they can create their own job and even hire others.

The trainers working with Aboriginal Entrepreneur are business people and have assisted hundreds of young people to start their own business.  In the James Bay district of Quebec alone they have assisted to start many businesses the majority of which are still in business today.

We teach, mentor and coach participants to start and operate their own business.  It is this methodology that makes this program work.

'Small business is the No. 1 economic driver in every province. It's no different for aboriginal communities.," says Chief Clarence Louie, of B.C.'s Osoyoos Indian Band.        THE GLOBE AND MAIL, OCTOBER 17, 2007
